Gil has his Holy Night Armor and Thunderbolt Sword.

Kikoru has her Kaiju No.4 Armor, Defense Force Axe, and Defense Force Pistol.

Kikiro is stated as fast as lightning, and Gilthunder speed is always scaled with hs lightning attacks. So for this debate both are Lightning speeds. Sped equalise for all intents and purposes.

From what I remember of Kikoryu I don't see how Gilthunder loses here.

She's much slower being only about mach 20+ compared to Gilthunder's lightning timing speed.

Strength is debatably even but durability, versatility and striking power are definitely all on Gilthunder's side.
