Maki's only chance is if she finishes the fight before Miguel's CT comes into play which i highly doubt.Miguel in his short exchange with Sukuna managed to land multiple hits while Maki couldn't and even got perception blitzed once Sukuna got serious.

In JJK physical attributes comes from CE reinforcement. It is a cursed technique, so it makes more sense that it targets reinforcement rather than direct stats

Your whole argument is fundamentally flawed. To begin with, Physical attributes are a constant across any fictional universe, existing independently of any energy systems that may be present. Energy systems may augment these attributes. For instance, in the JJK it is CE reinforcement,which does not imply that physical attributes cannot exist without CE. Furthermore, characters like Maki and Toji are clear examples of characters without cursed Energy but still possessing enhanced physical attributes. It is stupid to assume that a Cursed Technique must exclusively affect Cursed Energy and not physical attributes or aspects. Cursed Techniques are not solely confined to influencing Cursed Energy; many CT exhibit effects beyond the scope of CE. Limitless, for example, is the manipulation of space, while Nanami's Ratio Technique is equally applicable to physical objects as it is to cursed spirits or sorcerers.

Miguel wins. He landed a few good hits on Sukuna and even went toe-to-toe with him for a moment. Plus, he's also the only one with little to no injuries after fighting Sukuna.

I'd give Maki the narrow edge; her enhanced physicals should be sufficient to dodge and soak up Miguel's hits long enough for the combination of her speed, skill and tactics to get a decisive blow through after a long struggle.

If Miguel's hype/how much The Racist One glazed him is anything to go by then he might be more skilled in CQC/H2H while Maki has better physicals. I don't know I still want to go with Maki on this one unless his CT can affect her. In which case he wins.
