Garoo's gamma ray burst is incredibly tiny and didn't do a dang thing despite being that close to the Earth. If it was equivalent in power to a real one, it's power would have been insanely potent due to its size - forget the Earth - the whole solar system would have been blown away.

I already told you the earth not being destroyed is Plot it’s the same reason why saitama isn’t butt naked every time he gets in a fight when he takes attacks that are above clothes level

Normally it should be plot, but apparently there are details of the Earth being destroyed if the GRB was closer to the ground? I accept these statements and admit the GRB is planet level!

Given the overdetailed explanation of what a GRB was that was given to us in panel (The whole originating from the death of a massive star and being one of the strongest phenomena in the universe) , it's safe to assume that the authorial intent is that Garou is capable of replicating at least an average one if not the strongest one ever recorded, those have fixed values which range from 10⁴⁴J to 10⁴⁷J.

So he should be capable of easily destroying the biggest stars ever recorded or outright destroy the solar system with ease.
