Probably Zatana, read Death and the City(or is it Detective?) they seemed to click pretty well. Plus she would help Bruce click into magic knowledge and skills, cause we all know how Bruce is when it comes to magic. She would help him appreciate and use it more.

Zatanna/Batman is my favourite Batman pairing, I think it would be an interesting pairing and I don't like her with Constantine.

Personally I've always been fond of the Batman/Zatanna pairing.

Black Canary doesn't add anything do Bruce...she is a badass, very skilled H2H fighter, Bruce is that too already, and much more...Zattanna would add magic, and that would be interesting in many ways.
