Seto's company, KaibaCorp, was responsible of manufacturing every single Duel Disk and Duel Arena in the world, which all dealt with lifelike AR technologies. He had enough wealth to purchase 2 of the rare 3 Blue Eyes White Dragon cards (which were described as priceless). His wealth rivaled that of Pegasus, who is the inventor of Duel Monsters, and had his own island where he hosted a huge duel tournament. By his own wealth, he funded the wide Battle City Duel Tournament that covered an entire city that included a massive Kaiba Corp blimp built with its own Duel Arena. KC makes its money off of the Duel Monsters game and in the Yu-Gi-Oh! world, ever single person and their mother played that game, and so Kaiba was constantly profiting. Also, before Seto took over the company from his father, the older Kaiba funded entire wars. He had tanks and other military weapons built by the KaibaCorp, before Seto took over from his father and turned KaibaCorp into the world's leading gaming company.
Bruce Wayne, on the other hand, has enough money to fund Batman Incorporated, which basically funded various Batman inspired super-heroes all over the world, he paid for the Justice League Watchtower (a massive satellite base in space), donate to charities all over, fund weapons caches all over the city and build the various advanced tech he has around including Suits of Armor that is fast enough to process Flash's speed and strong enough to fight Superman and Wonder Woman, among others such as Batmobiles, Batplanes, BatRockets, Batboats etc..
