Ken kills the duo along with his adoptive father using an AoE.

Kaneki has a massive AOE blast that can vaporize Muzan. Arima can at least hold yoriichi up until Ken erases Muzan.

in 2V1 situation, I don't think Yoriichi can handle them. Arima is already comparable to Yoriichi. And Kaneki is even at a higher tier than Him.

Do you think One Eyed King Ken would be fairer?

Also, keep in mind that Muzan does have Gyokko and Hantengu's hax here. Transmutation would be very effective.
