Lucius honestly has the right tools to at least win one on one against anyone in Naruto between Soul Possession, Time Magic, and likely all the other Demon abilities demonstrated in the series.
Latest chapter showing he can seemingly infinitely clone himself is utterly bonkers too. Going to reserve my judgment for now until we see how he’s beaten
