Admirals would have a chance if Shanks was just the average yonko level, but Shanks seems to be Yonko+.

I'm optimistic for either side since we haven't exactly seen full capability of Admirals or Shanks but from what we are presented so far, Yonko all the way.

Kaido in his Flame Dragon Form legitimately neg diffs Greenbull worse then what Shanks did to Kid. Momonsuke incinerated Greenbull down to seed and made him scream in pain. (not saying Momo beats him but far inferior to Kaido) Not to mention Greenbull outright states he was afraid to come to Wano because of Kaido... Shanks negged diffed him with just Haki and sensed his fear from like 1000s of miles way.. Like, what in world does Shanks do to him close range? I'm not sure what Aokiji is suppose to do against Kaido's Flame Dragon either. He already was stalemated by Ace. So Devil Fruit wise it is just to be canceled out by flames or magma. Kaido is island sized in this form and moves at FTL+ speeds. Greenull literally gets engulfed and vaporized. Worse match up then Luffy vs Enel.

Shanks already no diffed Kizaru in Film Red. I understand the events of the movie are non canon but Oda played a heavy role in the film and clearly believes Shanks is capable of such feats. His Haki feat on Aramaki which is canon is better than this one anyways. So it is consistent either way you look at it.

Akianu is the biggest threat on the Admiral Team but feat wise, so far he doesn't win either. He was relative to sick, dying and nerfed Whitebeard that couldn't use Haki right and who progressively got weaker as the war went on while the flip side Hybrid Kaido's Haki was becoming stronger as he was fighting Luffy and has vastly better durability then this version of WB. This Whitebeard got impaled by Squardo.... Base Form Kaido took an attack from Zoro and Killer (who are both vastly stronger then Squardo) to the neck and it didn't even put a dent in him.

Maybe down the line when Admirals get Awakenings, I might change my mind.

Shanks and Kaido but with difficulty, the Admirals could probably take Kaido down.

The logical conclusion is that Kidd is just weak. Law carried him against BM and Oden survived the same attack and was up and running immediately

Replace Greenbull with Akainu and the admirals take it.

As it is, the Yonko win high diff. Shanks can make GB tremble just by flexing his haki, and bloodlusted Kaido and Shanks would beat them down.

Ryokugyu has already been shown to be massively inferior to Shanks and is likely next to useless. Aokiji, being roughly the same level as Akainu, can put up a good fight but he isn't winning obviously. Fujitora and Kizaru has shown nothing too impressive so far.

If Greenbull was replaced with someone stronger like Akainu then you have more of an argument. But these Admirals aren't winning with a 2:1 ratio.

It seems a bit ridiculous but the Yonko could win. Shanks handled Kidd and Killer easier than Greenbull handled King and Queen, and Kaido's Flame Bagua Dragon is absolutely ridiculous compared to what the Admirals have shown.

I expect Kizaru to show out in Egghead though.

I think admirals. At this point we'd have to say Luffy could beat two admirals if we're claiming kaido can. And I don't think Luffy can.

Shanks is still a bit unknown, narratively he's seems better than every other yonkou. On screen feats? Nothing he's done is more impressive than full out Kaido. Who really, only Luffy fought.

If anything, at least he knew how to take a punch, his durability and endurance were his best qualities, especially considering most of his fighting happened off screen and he was taking all of the Hawkins damage as well.

Just a week ago the idea that midd and killer could take a single admiral together wasn't that out there, if not outright likely. Shanks shouldn't lose to any two of the four admirals here, and kaido could at least murk greenbull with his flame dragon.

Honestly if anything Linlin attacks are what's failing to show results. Also most of Kidd's fights with Kaido were off panel. We never see Kaido hit Conqueror's coated club. Which I doubt he did.

On topic the Emperors are winning this. Shanks has the best Conqueror's Haki feats in the series having stunned Aramaki. Kaido is a tank and I don't think any of the Admirals have attacks on par with Bajrang Gun to put him down.

@mortein: as soon as big mom became bigger mom, Kidd and law were both knocked out off screen. After that, only law received any damage, but it was while big mom was on her back and impaled with a sword. Neither kidd nor law fought serious, future sight, drunk kaido.

Shanks has the advantage of being full power all the time, there's no gears, soul amping, etc. Considering how old, sick wb was ragdolling Akainu, the strongest admiral, a serious healthy yonkou is expected to be able to one shot low level admiral lvl opponents

Yonko wins… Greenbull and Fujitora has terrible showings and can we stop this Luffy>Kaido Luffy got healed and beat like 6x during Wano and Kaido was fighting non-stop never got a chance to eat and heal up like Luffy did…

Kaido easily takes Greenbull and Fujitora… GreenBull ran off the moment he felt shanks haki and Doflamingo stood toe to toe with Fujitora multiple times he was never scared .

You realize Kaido’s Haki kept growing stronger throughout the fight after he got drunk right? He was at his strongest and Luffy beat him. The guidebook states this as well.

Yonko duo wreck, Kizaru was only fighting a Playful G5 Luffy who used up his stamina after defeating him, Aramaki got Affected by Shanks' Haki Wi-Fi, which proves that the Admirals never wanted their smoke, which backs the narrative that they don't Scale to a Serious & Healthy Yonko lvl Fighter.

Only thing that's questionable is Current Akainu's scaling tho....

Since G5 Luffy canonically lost against Kizaru, while Kaido got mid diffed by Nika, adding aokiji who should scale to him makes it a mid diff win in admirals favor

@sixpathsofcapra: luffy didn't lose to kizaru...he one shot kizaru who was trying to tire him out and ran away the entire time. Luffy also used up his stamina fighting the seraphim and using gear 5 on Lucci before kizaru even showed up. So fresh kizaru got one shot by a luffy that had already used up a significant portion of his stamina

Also luffy never mid diffed kaido lmao. Kaido literally fought a gauntlet of people continously while luffy got to heal up twice. Even with that kaido could've easily won if he decided to fight like kizaru. He even directly told luffy that he won't dodge since it's his last attack and will take it head on (dodging it would've easily won him that fight) and that last attack was far greater than what he used on kizaru to one shot. He was actually able to damage gear 5 luffy as well

OT: yonko sweep. Kizaru has now shown that he can be one shot by a yonko and greenbull/fujitora weren't on their level to begin with

Yonkos body them. There have been dozens of different variations of Yonko vs Admiral threads, Yonkos are stronger on an average.

No point of this mental gymnastics when the fight actually happened in canon and kizaru win. Remind me who oneshot who again? Who was the one left immobile after the fight? What was stopping kizaru from putting knife in Luffy's throat if he wanted to kill him. Kizaru won the fight clear as day. Stop coping. Endurance Monster kaido got Outlasted by Kizaru, and Kizaru's fodte is supposed to be his speed. G4 Luffy was pushing Kaido meanwhile kizaru blitzes g4 as soon as he got serious.

Kizaru got blitzed and one shot basically by G5 Luffy's first named attack, while Kaido took dozens of attacks from G5 and kept getting back up, in addition to all the damage he had taken prior. Their durability and endurance aren't really comparable. If it had been a pure 1v1 fight like Luffy vs Kaido where Luffy isn't putting all his effort into trying to protect others Kizaru would have gotten smoked instantly. Luffy's G5 having stamina issues isn't anything to Kizaru's credit, who failed to inflict any meaningful damage with any of his own attacks on G5.

And Kaido could have outlasted G5 too if he just dodged Bajrang Gun rather than take it head on.
