@daywalker98: Takion can stop time, create black holes out of thin air, tanked everything Kyle Rayner and Wally threw at him when he first got his powers, his cosmic awareness lets him see events happening in other galaxies and tanked a bullrush from Lightray(i think it was lightray) from the moon to the sun.

Takion is basically Post-Crisis Doctor Manhattan.

He had a lot of implied power and manipulation of the world around him but not many feats against superpowered opponents.

He struggled against Lightray, whom Silver Surfer would wipe the floor with.

I consider Takion more powerful by lore and hype (being an avatar of the Source created by Highfather himself) and he has the advantage of being somewhat immaterial (once again, Doctor Manhattan-ish). But as far as feats go, Silevr Surfer has the definitive advantage.

It's a good fight and the people who think Takion stomps have no clue what they're talking about (clearly going by respect threads and not paying attention to the context).

I think Takion would have won before Surfer Black. After that run I'd lean in favor of Surfer.

He would wipe the floor with Post-Crisis Superman. His entire powerset is hax, Superman has no hax.

What did he do that he couldnt do before?

I think IC Takion is not nearly as powerful as an OOC version. He still thinks like a man. Surfer could win with TP but other than that he's outgunned.

I think Takion should win, even against Surfer Black, Surfer's best shot of winning would probably be TP, but I don't think he utilizes it much in character.

so far i haven't seen anything mentioned from takion that surfer couldn't do the same if not better

yes he can and even if flash does hit he can't do enough damage to put surfer down whil surfer could kill him with an area of effect attack or just trap him in his board

captain atom DR Manhattan and the silver surfer all have basically the same powers only surfer's include the soul Manhattan's might too in the original watchman comics he is basically the silver surfer now we know his power has since been scaled up so he is a multiversial silver surfer but his original powerset was basically just surfers same with atom what has atom done that surfer can't

Surfer is Galactus's Herald (one of his many heralds)
Takion is the Herald of The Source and spiritually connected with The Highfather (who is equal to Real Darkseid).

Also, he once showed that he can literally nullify Green Lantern Powers. So that puts him above Guardians and even ION.
He is also able to manipulate "Godwave" which is the same wave that shaped new gods (including Highfather and Darkseid), old gods, pantheons and meta humans ?!

He literally toyed with Captain Atom, Wally West, and Kyle Rayner in the same time while he wasn't trying to fight. The same team has a solid shot against SS.
Also, cuz of his connection to the source he is able to drain/manipulate Captain Atom's "Quantum Fields" , Flash's "Speed Force" and like I said Rayner's "Lantern Power".

Cuz , The Source is "literally" "The Source" of all these concepts.

And top of all that; he can manipulate Time to high degree. He does not travel through like Flash, he can manipulate instantly more like Time Trapper.

So just in terms of "concept" Takion is something close to Galactus rather than Surfer.


And in terms of Scaling Takion stated as stronger than both Darkseid and Highfather. This alone puts him in the same league with Galactus.

And he can murk SS with literally no diff ?

SS is at his best Galaxy+ leveler.

Takion is at least nigh-multiversal if he tries to be. And even w/o trying he is universal+.

Takion literally can do anything Surfer can and do it better. And he has a better energy source than him. And he has extra powers above SS too.

So actually Takion Vs Galactus would be an interesting one, not Takion Vs Silver Surfer.
