T'challa vs The Hand

Rules:

• In character.
• The Hand know of T'challa - T'challa has a passing knowledge of the Hand.
• T'challa has a knife - Standard gear for the Hand.
• Win by death or knockout.
• Begin ten feet apart in an abandoned industrial estate.

I would till give it to Tchalla. Even with out his suit, he was still able to give WS a run for is money.

Alright I haven't seen the movie but can you guys spoil one thing for me? Is T'challa enhanced without the suit? If so does the suit enhance his strength further or does it only increase his durability?

I don't want feats I just kind of want a yes or no answer please....

I hope so...

Well based of what he did. I would say he is above a peak human. And the Suit increases his durability not so much his strength.

Yes he is, we see him jump without the suit and he leaps a ludicrous distance, there's no way he is not enhanced. It's never outright stated but based on what he does, I'd say you'll agree that he's very clearly enhanced, he also says something that lends itself to him already being enhanced. If he isn't... well he's physically well beyond any ultra-skilled human we've seen thus far, i.e. Daredevil, S.H.I.E.L.D. Agents etc.

No idea on this one. Close call but maybe T'challa

My hopes for Black Panther have been confirmed.

He's a boss. There's one bit where he's radiating that much swag that Cap and Bucky can't even get near him.

Yea Panther takes this easy he was crazy skilled and powerful. Also yea he was enhanced he was matching Bucky for strength without the suit. It wasn't clear what the suit actually did to him specifically, if it enhanced his strength more idk as he was able to physically contend with Cap in it (shown in a tv spot) he may be able to do that without it idk. Definitely increased durability he was no showing bullets and his offense obviously has the claws. But yea I'd say he was definitely above peak human even without the suit and outrunning cars.

Did you all reckon T'Challa takes some Heart Shaped Herbs from the Panther God?

Or he really just trained himself to peak human level?

Perfect, just...perfect. I've already said this before but, I can't wait to see this movie.

Herbs imo, he said to Widow that he was already the Black Panther, so it'd make sense. Plus, I don't think MCU peak humans can do what he was doing, Batroc's the only non-enhanced (as far as we know at any rate) guy so far to hold up to multiple shots from a super-soldier and he still got whooped in the end. Nobu has shown some some impressive stats, but still not on par with T'challa and the super-soldiers. Remember that leap he does to save his father just before the bomb goes off? Yeah, even Daredevil, (who has jumped some impressive distances) couldn't do something like that.

I thought that too! Some of the kicks and the way he moved his arms were definitely reminiscent of Lee. But both used Capoeira so it makes sense. If he ain't already enhanced, then when he does become enhanced he's gonna end up like a fricking Asgardian, lol.

Without the suit, Panther loses.

This is a pretty impressive durability feat for T'challa:

T'chaka is in the centre, T'challa is on the right getting blown aside by the explosion as he leaps to save his father. I don't think it even knocked him unconscious and he experienced no ill effects from it throughout the film.

Yeah T'challa wins with some difficultly. I couldn't tell if he was superior to Cap and Bucky or just equal, he seemed more skilled and agile though.

You're right, my bad.

Elektra would get fodderized...but Nobu and 10 of his homies backing him up is a lot to bite off even for BP. I think he loses. Nobu would let him whoop Elektra real quick, then send the homies in and then once he is a little winded finish him off.

Without his suit he made a BLOODLUSTED Winter Soldier run away. I think he can take this.

Probably T'Challa, but it would be a very difficult fight. Nobu himself has shown some enhanced physical stats in his fights with Daredevil and he is arguably as skilled (or close) in pure H2H as any of those MCU fighters. Actually now that I think about it, the Hand might just take it. T'Challa is going up against numerous skilled opponents all wielding swords, bows and arrows, sais, and a chain weapon with only a knife...so this would be an EXTREMELY tough fight for T'Challa to win.
