I have been trying to get my username fixed

I've emailed CV Support, and gotten nothing except canned responses. Please help.

Dell laptop, Win 10, Chrome

I signed up on this account as ArtGallery (capital "A", capital "G") but the site has randomly lowercased it to artgallery. Will someone please be so kind as to fix this for me?
