IP problem

Sometimes recently, when I open the site, it rejects my IP like I'm either IP banned or this site is not available for my country. Sometimes it works just fine. I can still open this site during the glitch with VPN, but it's still annoying.

I also got rejected with invalid IP address message. I really can't understand what's going on

You can simply wait them out, subscribe to a VPN/proxy, or get a cloud computer. Besides, contacting the website administrator or getting yourself removed from a blacklist is always an option.
