None of the covers I've added since April 2021 have been added.

I've been adding covers that the site seems to be missing sporadically for years and I've recently noticed that none of them have actually been added or approved since April of last year. It seems that they're not even being sent to approval as I don't see them at all in my wiki history. They do however show up in my image gallery on CV. The new issues that I add do seem to get sent for approval however. Is this a bug or is there something I'm doing wrong?

There is a bug since summer where new covers can't be added to issues.
