I've had a lot of trouble adding content to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles vs Street Fighter #5 today. It only appeared hours later.
A few minutes ago, I tried to add an issue three times and each time it said that my submission needs to be reviewed.
Is this a glitch or have I done something wrong that got my privileges removed? I haven't received any notifications about it.
