They definitely can’t get away with as much stuff tho. Rewatched Iron Man recently, it’s noticeable how much stuff was in that movie that wasn’t Disney-friendly

No, although I would agree that they mishandled the FOX Marvel comic titles. They cancelled the Fantastic Four and the Mutants are an even greater convoluted mess than normal. The rebooted FF comic is really good now, so there is hope for the rest of the titles.
As far as other media, the success of the MCU speaks for itself, the Netflix Marvel titles range from outstanding to disappointing, and a lot of people seem to like Agents of SHEILD. I personally enjoyed both seasons of Agent Carter. For Disney, I believe that they are lacking when it comes to animation. All of the television animated programming is mediocre at best. Even EMH while having good stories had shoddy animation.
