Superman and Lois

Vision and Scarlet Witch. Both are looked down on society for being a robot and mutant, so I feel they can relate the most. And their relationship is pretty unique.

For DC? Beast Boy/Terra(more New 52 where their relationship is/was more genuine) and Captain Carrot Alley-Kat-Abra, Superman & Lois(obvious) and Jor-El/Lara Lor-Van(learning about their actual characters in various comics was interesting, I enjoy their relationship and how this impacted Kal-El).

For Marvel? Beta Ray Bill/Lady Sif, still annoyed Marvel hasn't put them back together given how much they truly care about one another. Like from Bill's first appearances, the two have had such a bond that I've enjoyed.

For Image? Haven't delved much, though I do like Mark and Eve's relationship thus far in Invincible and curious as to how that'll play out in the show VS the comic(know bits and pieces). I also like Allen and Telia's relationship from what little bit we saw of it in S2.

@samgee: Thank you, Samgee! What writer did you like best for them? And if, you don't mind, what were your thoughts on their relationship in the 2003 cartoon? And, if you have the time, what did you think of the Teen Titans run by Judd Winnick?

That's great to know more good came from the New 52! I remember my favorite being Aquaman and Mera, but nice knowing Beast Boy's and Terra were well written in the New 52. I liked them in the 2003 cartoon.

I wasn't aware Captain Carrot had a girlfriend! Thanks. I didn't know much about him.

@infinitehope: Probably the Journey Into Mystery storyline, though I did like some of the older stuff too.

if this was about the worst comic relationship, itd be superman and wonder woman. Seeing steve trevor get cucked like that was bad enough but then he fell into alcoholism and depression, it was the ultimate disrespect to him for no reason.

It's will be superman and Lois for many decades they have them together especially the dark crisis era of how Lois was so hurt about Clark's death and turned to a tyrant.

Mr. Miracle and Big Barda. Their dynamic is just as good as any. My 2nd would go to Scarlet Witch and Vision.

I was look for Jay and Joan Garrick, but I settled for Hawkman and Hawkgirl. Timeless couple.
