Ultimate Spider-Man Fans, help me out! Trying to remember the name of a young electric hero.

He was blonde as well. He was cool but he never got enough justice. His costume is either blue or green. He's younger than Pete, he comes from a broken family. He worked with Pete a little bit, and he was more toward the end of the Ultimate Verse couple years before Ctaclysm.

Im a huge Ultimate Spidey fan, but I dont remember this kid, though I dont own Miles comics, only Peters run. So thats why I cant find this kid.
