Peeps, the Pokedex lies to you. I'm pretty sure its filled out by people that have never seen a Pokemon, let alone studied one. And this is one of the most evident of those lies.

An alien virus mutated into a Pokemon.
From another dimension. Possibly.
This one is chicken or the egg. Very debatable.

Its metal and has a hollow body. Sounds artificial to me
