This is the Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List, as compiled by a number of comic stores from their sales on Wednesday and Thursday. It measures what is known as the "Wednesday Warriors", those who can't wait till the weekend to get this week's comics. Though thanks to DC, Tuesday Titans too. If any other retailers would like to report their top sellers, please contact richjohnston@bleedingcool.com. And with Spider-Man at the cinemas, it looks like it may have bumped sales in store just a little bit…

Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List of the week

    Amazing Spider-Man #81
    1. Amazing Spider-Man #81
    2. Hulk #2
    3. Batgirls #1
    4. X-Force #26
    5. Conan The Barbarian #1 Facsimile
    6. Harley Quinn: Eat, Bang, Kill Tour #4
    7. 'Tis the Season To Be Freezin' #1
    8. Robin & Batman #2
    9. Brzrkr #6
    10. Excalibur #26

Thanks to the following Bleeding Cool Bestseller List retailers…

If you would like to contribute to the Bestseller List retailer charts, let me know at richjohnston@bleedingcool.com. Retailers come and go, and we always appreciate new blood, especially from retailers in other locations.

    Who had this to say…

    • Rodman's Comics: With great hype for the next Spider-man movie comes great sales for Amazing Spider-Man as he takes first place this week. The holiday season is mixing up sales. People from out of town with regulars leaving town. Happy holidays everyone.
    • Ssalesfish: The number 2 and 3 spots this week went to the box office stars of the Holidays, Spider-Man and Keanu Reeves respectively, but the #1 spot this week was due to our Ssalefish store exclusive of Conan the Barbarian #1 Facsimile edition. Hulk was nothing to sneeze at but I predict this book will probably fall lower on the list each month than Immortal Hulk as the initial reaction was lukewarm. A lot of customers have expressed disappointment or confusion in the direction the title has suddenly taken.

The Bleeding Cool Bestseller List returns next weekend on Boxing Day. If your store would like to be involved, get in touch.

I Guess That @Spideerfan002 And Some Other People At CBR Are Too Exaggerated Over This Issue Because The Latest Issue Of ASM Was Pretty Great. Felt Very Horror Filled. Abd Really Nice That MJ Had Some Stuff To Do. It Was Very Horror Filled Abd Had Some Stuff That Was True To Peter. Don't See How It Was The Definition If Mediocre. Sure, There Were Some Stuff That Weren't Explained. But, I Kinda Expect To See Some Stuff Like This Later On In The Next Series If Ahmed Took Over. Especially If You Follow The Series Spine-Tingling Spider-Man.

Like I Said, Guys Like Spideerfan Took The Issue Too Far. Then Again, He Had Made Some Takes That Were Actually Made Our If Context, Didn't Take Peter's Power Fir Granted, And Some Other Stuff That Were Quite Questionable. Ones That Pretty Much Are Questionable In Our Arguements. Ones That Kinda Sounds Like A Certain Group Of People Actually..... As Well As Some Others I See Around......

But, Anyway, It Was A Pretty Great Issue. Not Really The Greatest. But, It Was Great. Especially As A Horror filled Standalone.

It is the main comics, Timeless is teasing future events.

Honestly, I'm more excited Marvel are finally doing something with Miracleman

I also kind of want the new Black panther to be Felicia and not Ororo.

And DC gets pushed to the bottom of the top ten, though with more placements over all. And Stray Dogs from Image Comics makes it in too…

Top Ten Bleeding Cool Bestseller List of the week

Amazing Spider-Man #83 Tops Bestseller List, Marvel Dominates Top Ten
    1. Amazing Spider-Man #83
    2. Devil's Reign #4
    3. Timeless #1
    4. Death Of Doctor Strange #4
    5. Detective Comics #1046
    6. Justice League 70
    7. DC Vs Vampires #3
    8. Action Comics #1038
    9. Stray Dogs Dog Days #1
    10. Flash #777

    • Rodman's Comics: Crazy week with the holidays. Amazing Spider-Man took the top spot again. Not a bad sales week. Hope the holidays is treating everyone well.
    • Graham Crackers Comics: Marvel took our top spots, but DC won overall this week.
    • Ssalefish Comics: May the New Year bring more releases than it did this week. Getting 4 Marvel books in the top 10 when you only released six is a feat for Marvel I suppose. Timeless had virtually zero hype leading into it but was a surprise hit at the number 2 spot. Spider-man still took #1 as is it usually has been on the weeks that don't have the main Batman title. The Miss Minutes variant for Timeless was popular and highly requested.

The Bleeding Cool Bestseller List returns next weekend on Boxing Day. If your store would like to be involved, get in touch.

Hope To See What It Is. Some Say It Could Be The New Miracle Man. But, We'll See. Also, If Peter And MJ Are In This, I Really Hope Someone Else Would Be Writing This Story. Hopefully Neil Gaiman Since He's Been Working On Miracle Man Fir Quite A While. Like, Really, If So, And If Spidey And MJ Do Have A Role To Play In This, Than I Hope To See How He Handles His Takes On The Two Couple.

The Latest Issue If ASM Was Really Good. I Guess People Like@Spideerfan002 And The Rest If The Guys At CBR Go Overboard About The Number If Times They Think Ben Was Being Bested Because Ben Was Pretty Much Just Kicking Otto's Butt Before The Fight Ended. Not Only That, But, They Seem To Forget The Number If Times Ben Bested His Foes Like The U-Foes, Kraven Jr., Whiplash, And Even Gave Miles Trouble As Well As The Plant Being That They Tried To Take Out. Honestly, They Like To Pretend Ben Has Been Beaten Alot When Really, Most Of The Time, Ben Bested His Foes. Including The Tie In With Strange. Heck, He Was Even Bested By Kraven Jr. That One Time Because Kraven Got The Drop On Him With His Tools.

But, Then Again,These Are The Same Guys That Made The Illusion That Peter Was Bested All The Time In The Last Run, Even Though, He Wasn't. Like, At All. Which Pretty Much Goes To Show They Never Paid Attention To The Stuff Nor Understand Peter And His Abilities As A Whole.

And, There Are Some Controversial Stuff That Some If The Guys At CBR Had Made In Twitter That Are Pretty Controversial.

So, Yeah, While The Fight Was Anti Climatic, Ben Was Able To Give His All And Bested Otto Before All This.

@zariusii: Far Too Easily Pleased? Nah, There Are Some Stuff That Are Good. Some Stuff That I Thought Would Be Better. But, There Have Been Some Great Stuff Here. Morbius Was The Weakest Arc And The One With Miles Was Pretty Short. But, Guys Like Wells, Gleason, And Ziglar Are Always Out There Proving Their Best.

But, Really, Guys Like @Spideerfan002 And The Rest If The Folks At CBR Somehow Make The Illusion That Ben Has Always Getting His Butt Kicked. Even The Illusion That Ben Was Easily Bested By Conan. Claiming That He Didn't Put Up A Good Fight Only, If You Saw That Fight With Conan, You Would See That Ben Was Clearly Kicking His Butt.

But, Hey, Not The First Time They Made That Illusion. I Mean, They Did Make The Illusion That Peter Was Getting His Butt Kicked All The Time In The Last Run, Even Though, If They Really Did Check Things, They Would Know That, He Didn't. Infact, He Fought Back And Overpowered Them Pretty Well. So, Really, They Have Such Questionable Views On Things. Especially Not Understanding How Context And Spidey's Abilities Work.

Honestly, I Used To Be A Member Of CNR. Went To Them Regularly. Got Myself Banned From Them A While Ago. So, Now, CBR Is Basically One If The More Biggest Place Where I Could See The Rest If Their Views Outside If A Few I Would Find On Twitter And YouTube. And They Have Some Good Takes On Here. But, Others Can Come Off As Just Terrible. Like, They Really Don't Understand How Peter's Powers Work. If Only I Could Reply To Them And What Not. But, Yeah.......

    Any Thoughts?

Here Is @Spideerfan002 Just Trying To Prance Around Again, Claiming That Peter Was Just A Damsel In Distress And Useless In The Last Run Even Though He Wasn't And Just Keeps Trying To Take Things Out If Context And Mistakes Cameos And Helping To Help Take Care Of Messes For Peter Being In Trouble For Some Reason. All At CBR. The Guy Really Has Some Questionable Views On How The Context With Peter Works Or How His Abilities Work In General.

@spideerfan002: Dude, You And Your Guys Have Such Terrible Takes On Things. Especially With All The Stuff That Has Expanded All Over Twitter. You Did Think That Peter, For Some Reason, Was Just Some Damsel In Distress And Was Just Always Losing In The Last Run. Even Though, If You Checked Even Further, He Wasn't, Like At All. Same Goes With Ben Here. I Think You Just Misinterpret The Contexts Here And Just Mistook Peter Teaming Up With Heroes To Get The Job Done Abd Several Cameos To Peter Needing Help Because He's Weak Or Whatever. All Just Trying To Make The Series Abd Character Look More In Bad Faith In These Contexts. Really. Just, Really.

The only reason she was seen as a Spider-man character is because she created for the Amazing Friends show and was a MJ variant. But her and Bobby were both X-Men and then was added to the comic book line and yes she is an X-Men and has been in more X books than Spider-Man stories and it's sad to a character like that type casted

Dude, shut the f*ck up and leave Spideer alone. He's done nothing wrong and is only expressing his views on Spider-Man as he sees it. Everyone has their own ideas of what Peter is capable of and what writers are capable of giving him. I liked Peter in Spencer's run but it's easy to see when he was undermined in it. What buisness is it of yours to constantly badget CBR for their opinions? Just respect them and walk away, it's little wonder most of us don't post here anymore when people like you are so uninclusive and toxic.

@zariusii: Bit, We Haven't Been Toxic In COMICVINE Before. Infact, I Never Fought With Anyone Here Before. The Only Time I Get Frustrated Here Is When Spideer Makes Such Questionable Takes On Spidey And His Abilities Since His Last Run. Really, Just Felt Like He Was Actually Lying About The Whole Thing With Them Thinking That Peter Is Actually Beaten Alot, Being Treated As A Damsel In Distress, Abd Being A Pathetic Parker. Something That Wasn't There In The Last Run.

And Really, I Go To CBR Because I Actually Always Go There Way Before I Actually Ever Joined. I Always Spent My Time There Before I Got Banned. But, I Just Like To See What Everyone Else Things Just So I Could See The Full Thoughts Everyone Gets On Every Series. And Really, Some Could Be Good, Some Bad, Some Meh, Some Fun To See Their Thoughts. But, Really, With Stuff Like This, They Seem To Think That Peter Has Been This Damsel In The Last Run Which Is Just Incredibly Questionable And Terrible. Felt Like They Took Things Out If Context And Just Lied About Things. Really, I Still Do Check Them Out Since They Do Get The Best Sources And They Do Feel Like Home. But, I Still Am Frustrated With Some If The Things They Said.

I Didn't Or Don't Have Any Problems With Spideer. That Is Until I Ran Into Him On Twitter. Abd Later On, He Just Seemed To Be Getting Worse. Just, Replied To Me With Some Questionable Takes With Comics As A Whole That Pretty Much Sound Offensive. And At Times We Argue Alot. At Times He Pretty Much Acts Stubborn. And At Times It Feels Like He Just Follows Me All The Time. Then, We Just Argue. Some If His Takes Being Questionable And Pretty Much NS At Best. And Then I See Him Arguing To Someone I Follow On That Site. A Person Who Has Actually Done A Number Of Fan Comics. And Then, As They Argue, I Joined In The Conversation. Yet, HE Accused Me Of Following Him. As I Tried To Explain Things With Him, He Kept Accusing Me If Following Him And Just Blocked Me. And Then Later He Blocked The Other Guy Fir Accusing Him If Following Him.........Right After He Replied To Him For A Post He Made A Couple Days Before.......And Just Insulted Him Before He Does This.......So, Yeah. Since Then, I've Had My Problems With Spideer And Really, The Guy Pretty Much Seems Like A Frustrating Guy To Deal With So I Had To Just Tell Him Off Since He Gets On My Nerves Here Since Then. So, Yeah...... And He STILL Couldn't Shut Up About The Last Run With Nick Spencer And Makes Up Some Stuff About How Spidey Was A Pathetic Parker, Abd Was A Damsel In Distress, And Needed Help All The Time, Abd Some Other BS. Really, The Guys Just Spreads Abd Does Stuff That Gets On Your Nerves.

Let me talk to him. Im sure i can get him going :) best way is to just string people along and not show that you're angry and/or annoyed. Yes people are entitled to their options all be it if they are wrong and do it to annoy other people to get a rise out of them, The point is this is about a cherished character that has touched the lives of millions and people have a picture in their head about how the character should be portrayed and we can all talk about what our thoughts are and yes it's hard not to let it get the best of you, but also enjoy the content when it is due and disagree when need be, but maintain that fine line of not letting it get out of hand

@spyrotdog: Yeah, Alright. But, Really, I Love The Guy. Like, Really Much. But, Whenever Someone Says This Kind Of BS Like Spidey Being This Damsel And Just Being Portrayed As Weak Or Pathetic, It Really Just Bothers Me And Just Makes It Feel Like They Are Actually Creating An Illusion Of This Character That Is Happening In The Current Series Which Is Very Incredibly Disheartening. Really, I Really Like To Get Along Here. But, I Really Do Not Like BS Like This. Like Really.

    But, Really, Thanks Man.

All this resonates w/ so much of what I feel. Thanks a lot

Funny because I actually really like Spencer's run and it's one of my fav runs in the BND era if not number 1.

And I do not represent CBR's opinion, infact I'm mostly disagreeing w/ the consensus on their

I've blocked him on twitter and have asked him to leave me alone multiple times on both twitter and on here.I don't want to get anything out of him much less interact w/ him.

    I'm all for open debate but week after week he keeps saying my and CBR's takes are terrible, even though I don't represent CBR or agree w/ the consensus on that site for most topics;

Marvelman92 is the one who's out of hand and maybe talk to him about leaving me alone and making this site a less toxic place so people feel comfortable interacting on here

@spideerfan002: Dude, I Haven't Followed You On Twitter All That Much. Infact, I See You In My Homepage In Tweets Involved With People I Follow. Like That Guy Who Makes His Fancomics. You Accuse Him Of Following You.......Right After You Actually Followed Him Quote Retweeting A Post He Made A Couple Days Before You Blocked Him. Insulting Him Over Something Related To Felicia.

Really Man, I Just Happen To Bump Into You Whenever I Get Involved With Other People. And Really, Here You Are, Just Making Some Takes That Are Questionable. And Accusing Me If Having Bad Takes Of My Own. Really Man, From The Stuff I've Seen, You Pretty Much Get Into Arguments With People. Especially Ones That Sounded Almost Like The Certain Kind Of Group That People Hate.

And Really Man, I Just Go To CBR To See What People Have To Say. I Don't Always Just Follow You. Infact, I've Been doing This Way Before You Actually Joined. A Couple If People On This Site Even Used To Go To CBR Like Zarius Here. I Just Found Some Of Your Takes Being Bad Or Just Somewhat BS When It Comes To How You View Context Or How You Make Up The Thing With Peter Being Pathetic Or Being Some Damsel. Like, Really, They're Just Mostly Bad. And Really, With How You And I Debate Things And How I Argue With You On Twitter And The Attitude You Actually Give With A Couple Of People On Twitter, It's Kinda So Easy To Assume Why People Would Likely Have Some Beef With You.

Really, I Wouldn't Really Care About Your Stuff Here On This Site. But, After The Whole Entire Thing You Actually Did On Twitter Combined With Your Further Takes And Attitude, It Would Be Pretty Easy To Assume Why You Actually Get On My Nerves.
