Was this version of Apocalypse supposed to be something like Apocalypse of The Twelve? Apocalypse just seemed way too powerful in x-Men Evolution.

Personally I think he's just underestimated by the writers in the regular comic marvel verse.

He didn't really looked cool but the story was.

I thought using Apocalypse as a 3 part story arc was a great way to end the tv series.

Compared to the Apocalypse from the 90's X-Men series than yes he does seem to be more powerful than that incarnation.

id go as far to say this is apocalypse done right, (apart from the whole being knocked back by sentinels who in this were OP by the way) but yea, one shotting all the x men and brotherhood like that, defeating magneto with ease, all thats missing is the highly advanced vocabulary

@xargo: Oh no, Apocalypse in the comics never had this much power. He had trouble with the original five during his X-Factor days.
