R1: Takes place in New York. Rogue cannot touch Diana, but can use objects for her advantage. Diana is NOT allowed to use her lasso.

R2: Same location. Rogue can touch Diana. Diana now has her armor bump.

R3: Same location. Rogue is allowed to touch Diana, Diana has her armor bump plus a sword.

So Diana is never handicapped and can use magical items, but Rogue can't use her actual power without you further amping Diana?

Diana, far more skilled and physically impressive

Could go either way, all Rogue needs is one touch to Incap her then she can capitalize from then on

Same as R2 but I’d favor a full geared out WW over Rogue

Like AngelJax said, Diana still more skilled and still physically superior.

Now Diana can definitely be affected by Rogue as she was affected by Parasite when he touched her during an encounter with the Secret Society. Now of course, he got her by surprise there whereas here she will be focused on Rogue at all times here since its a 1v1 so wont be easy for Rogue.

I'd back Diana, overall stronger and more skilled (even though the DCAU didn't always showcase her skill as much as I would have liked)

R2's the closest and I could see that going to Rogue if Diana's not careful. If Rogue is able to make contact with Diana, she'd have to make it count, because I don't think she'd be able to do it again.
