How do they win without using any power?

@power_hunter: they can use them. The Trio just isn't allowed to shrink Steppenwolf or increase Steppenwolfs size

How exactly can Steppenwolf be hurt? It all depends if he can tank getting stepped on/beat around by the Giant versions of the team, in which case he should beat them eventually.
