The third season of Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. has started out with a bang. With new Inhumans coming about, Daisy Johnson (Chloe Bennet) has stepped up to a new role within S.H.I.E.L.D. She's determined to locate the new Inhumans in order to help them with the change.

A new clip over at THR shows Daisy talking to Andrew Garner (May's ex) about what her plan is.

“Purpose in the Machine” airs Tuesday, October 5, at 9/8C on ABC.

Short hair definitely agrees with Daisy

The character development of this show, is unmatched by any Comicbook TV show on air. Everyone is so radically different than how they began, and it all happened to naturally.

Yes on the hair,

Yes on character development ( it is better than Arrow or the Flash or any other Comicbook TV show),

Yes on it all happened naturally( it doesn't feel forced or awkward).

Agents of SHIELD has been so good. I feel bad for those who didn't stick through the first season. They're missing out on a great show.

Seems like Skye's a little frustrated. Must be tough trying to save the world all the time.

Great season premier last episode. Can't wait for this episode.
