Jiren ~ An extraordinarily powerful mortal, he's the strongest warrior in Universe 11, and his power equals or even surpasses that of a God of Destruction. He participated in the Tournament of Power with the purpose of obtaining a wish from the Super Dragon Balls.

Jiren often operated as a solo fighter, not trusting anyone due to his past, believing that strength was the only thing that mattered. However, after his defeat at the hands of Team Universe 7 during the finale of the Tournament of Power, Jiren began to have a change of heart and decided to start trusting others. He is the most powerful warrior in Universe 11 as well as one of, if not the absolute, strongest mortal being in the Multiverse. His extraordinary strength surpass even Belmod, his own universe's God of Destruction, and is vastly stronger than Toppo, the second strongest mortal in Universe 11, even when Toppo is a God of Destruction candidate, whose training allows him to wield the power of Destruction, with the possible exception of Marcarita, the angel of his universe. The only known mortal whose power surpasses all the Gods of Destruction that exists, despite possessing no Divine or God Ki, Jiren is undoubtedly one of the strongest entities in the Multiverse. Deemed to be the Pride of Universe 11, Belmod even claims that Jiren is a being that will never lose.

The strongest adversary ever faced by Son Goku in the entirety of Dragon Ball's history, he is a mirror image of Goku.

Broly (DBS) ~ was a pure-blooded Saiyan who was exiled from his home world Planet Vegeta as a baby by King Vegeta due to his immeasurable latent battle power. Broly became stranded on an inhospitable world called Vampa alongside his father Paragus, who raised him and taught him how to fight. Decades later, Broly and his father were rescued by and inducted into the Frieza Force.

With Frieza's aid, Broly and Paragus made their way to Earth where they intended to fulfil the latter's desire to take vengeance on King Vegeta by killing his living son Prince Vegeta Broly steadily grew more and more unhinged as he fought Vegeta and his ally Son Goku, eventually losing himself to rage entirely when Paragus was killed in the midst of the fighting.

As an infant, Broly possessed greater power than an infant Vegeta, causing the king to exile him to a stormy world. As an adult, Broly's power has grown tremendously. Vegeta notes that he has absurd levels of energy and both Goku and Frieza are astonished at his strength. He is noted to be the most strongest opponent Goku and company have faced yet, with a power potentially surpassing that of the Gods of Destruction.

Jiren is a 11 at full power 12.1 at his super full power

Broly is a 11.2 at full power

I don't know why this is still a thing when Super hero basically confirmed Jiren is SSjb level

I'll give my thoughts on this later today

Both of them are well established GoD tiers (can be argued even stronger). Jiren has the advantage of more concrete statements and visual representation comprared with Broly's one movie showing. However, there's enough there that we can say that he can edge out Jiren by a bit in raw power. This also comes down to his legendary super saiyan genes that help him continually grow stronger to meet his opponent (or overtake them). The flip side is him not having much experience with his power which leaves a MUCH more experienced Jiren to take advantage of. We also have statements from Whis that Jiren's potential is immeasurable. This would ultimately come down to a battle of attrition which I believe would lean heavily into Jiren's favor. Even if Broly outpowers him, Jiren is completely capable of adapting as seen with Hit and UI Goku. Broly's main advantages are going to be his durability and raw attack power while Jiren will excell in speed, technique and experience. Once Jiren figures out that Broly is just a brute, he'll know exactly what to do in order to subjugate him.

In an alternate scenario where Broly is trained and has complete control of his power, he would definitely beat Jiren without question. He would even beat SSB Gogeta if the movie played out differently. The main hinderance that keeps him from winning is his emotions.

Jiren 8/10 in a fight imo.

But if you're just asking who is stronger overall, then it's most likely Broly.

what panda is trying to say is: MSS1 goku is Jiren and Cell is Broly. one is more skilled and the better figher while the other has more raw power so it could go either way. granted the latter doesn't go all out from the get go

@pandalumina: Beerus is a 10 Whis is a 15 Goku SSG is a 6 If Jiren has power above both his destroyer (Belmod who should be a 9.9) and beerus then logically jiren should be a 11 at best
