    Age of Apocalypse

In this alternate reality, the Guthrie Family was abducted while the cullings and Sinister offered children to join Apocalypse´s forces, Sam and Elizabeth accepted.

Elizabeth, known as Amazon, played a much more prominent role. She was a member of the Elite Mutant Force, a group of mutants loyal to his Horseman, Mr. Sinister. It was her job, along with Cyclops, Havok, Dark Beast, Northstar, Aurora, Jesse Aaronson, Terry Aaronson, and her brother, Cannonball, to keep control of the Breeding Pens. When Cyclops turned against Sinister and Apocalypse, Elizabeth was promised a promotion in Apocalypse's ranks if she sided remained loyal. She did, and Havok rewarded her loyalty with a promotion to Prelate.

Soon after, though, Cyclops broke free from his captivity with Jean Grey; Elizabeth and Cannonball were sent to stop them. In the fight, the two Guthrie siblings were defeated by the Aaronson brothers, who had sided with Cyclops in the schism.

When the Guthries awoke, Apocalypse had already been defeated by Magneto and his X-Men. Fleeing from persecution, they decided to search out for their missing mutant sibling, Husk, who had joined Magneto's training group, Generation Next, instead of siding with Apocalypse. She had last been seen at the Seattle Core, where she had been left for dead. Oddly, they found her there, very much alive, and the Guthries, along with their other brother, Icarus, sought revenge against Magneto for abandoning Husk. They infiltrate the X-Men and kidnap Magneto's son, Charles, but are eventually defeated. Magneto, furious at having his family put in danger, orders the killing of the Guthries. Elizabeth is put to death by Sunfire, who burns her to ash.
