I am seeking clarification on a specific point in the terms of use: "The API is strictly for non-commercial use only."
I am interested in adding metadata support to my comic book reading app, which is completely free for users. The integration with Comic Vine will also be free for all users. However, my app does offer premium features.
I have noticed that other apps, like https://comictrack.app/, follow a similar model (free app, comic vine integration, premium features).
Before proceeding with the implementation, I want to ensure that we are not violating the terms of use.
If an explicit written agreement from ComicVine is needed, I would greatly appreciate it if someone could provide me with an email. The email I have been using has not yielded any responses.
