In my experience you often favor MCU characters in debates too. Heck you've got an MCU character as your avatar at present. Just saying.
She-Hulk wins easily. Jen’s ground pound punch during the training sequence shook the cliff she and Hulk were standing on and knocked down trees a fair distance away. Maeve’s missed punches vs. Homelander put a small hole in the floor and smashed a cabinet and she still managed to bloody his nose with a hit. One punch from She-Hulk would put Homelander down and keep him there based on his fights in season 3.
Homelander is a lot like MCU Iron Man in that he likes to get in close and slug it out despite having the tools to stay at range and blast away with his energy beams.
She Hulk pretty easily, Homelander's flight is the only problem, but her claps counter his super hearing, that should really mess him up like it did in season 2.
