It depends on the extent to which Vision's injuries were the reason he was so weak. Either way, Iron Man has been shown to be able to contend with 3 infinity stones, 1 should be easy, especially as it now seems Vision isn't actually very good at using it
Eh, Vision was on the losing end against Glaive who was earlier losing to Widow and was hurt quite severely by Falcon's kick..
I don't see that ever happening to Tony.
Vision spent the entire movie getting beat up, like him and Scarlett witch were legitimately losing to people that Cap, Black widow and Falcon beat handily.
IIRC Corvus beat vision twice.
It's official, Cap > Vision.
Yes Vision had his phasing nullified but still
Anyway, if Vision is at full power I'm not sure. Tony's new nano-tech suit was amazing and it briefly held its own against Thanos with four stones so I'm leaning towards him but Vision's phasing is hard to counter.
Still Vision imo.
@_kingoflatveria: lmao.
I would still say vision. The only problem with the haters of vision is he was critically attacked off guard and basically dieing a slow death the whole movie.
^This guy has been spouting unfounded bullshit all day lmao Iron Man is not above Thor
However, Iron Man is way more powerful now and I do think he beats Vision
People seem to forget that Vision fought hurt for the ENTIRE movie. He was definitely weaker than in other movies, and was stripped of phasing. That being said Iron-man has been given a power up and I’d favor him.
Vision was a joke.
Iron Man was insanely powerful, way stronger than the Hulkbuster.
He knows Vision can't handle electricity, he should stomp.

While that is true, it should be mentioned that Vision had a pretty large Glaive stuck through his body that also prevented him from being able to phase before he got in a single fight.
Ironman for sure, that new armor is crazy impressive. He was giving Thanos with four gems a legitimately solid fight. Meanwhile, Vision was thoroughly destroyed by everybody he encountered, two opponents matched by Okoye/Widow and Cap respectively. Ironman has better strength, damage output, and durability by feats and is clearly the better combatant in-universe as well.
Vision is all hype, Infinity War confirmed that lol
Exactly. He never did anything impressive before the movie, and he still hasn't.
Tony stomps. He hold his own against thanos for a few moments .I can’t see vision achieving that feat
Iron Man beats the jobber droid.
Vision was so pathetic in IW... I mean what happened to all that hype and phasing?
In a deleted AoU scene Vision goes toe to toe with Thor in H2H combat, and yet he can't even match a Captain America level opponent here.
Iron Man with high diff
@god-emperorofmankind2: Thanos only ever used one gem at a time until the snap. And having the stones didn't increase his stats in any way. The number of Gems he had is irrelevant.
Still Vision imo.
agreed the only reason Vision was hurt was because a plot device attack/weapon kept him out of the movie

true this, plot device kept Vision out of the movie, Tony looked far worse suffering a similar attack near the end while Vision at the start least tried to soak the attack with a big hole in himself trying to do some Superman stuff. Russos basically wrote Vision out of the movie
Iron Man can affect his intagibility with electric devices, he then proceeds to stomp vision physically with everything he has.
If anybody knows how to counter VISIONS phasing is Stark, if be out of character if he didnt have a way to do it tbh
Vision was trash in IW
Iron Man stomps. The Russos have done a horrible job with Vision. When he was introduced in AoU he was so badass and powerful, he had superman-esque flight, went toe to toe against Thor in H2H combat, effortlessly defeated Ultron and seemed to be in full control of his powers. Then in CW he just sorta floated instead of actual flight, and they gave him a fight with Hawkeye of all people.
I don't think Iron Man fighting Thanos with 4 Stones is that impressive(because Thanos barely even used one) but he still slaughters.

He stomped Hawkeye though. I think the Russos understood how broken Visions full power actually was, so he had to be nerfed via injury by a weapon that can one-shot an asgardian. Is Superman unimpressive generally just because he has moments where he's weakened by kryptonite? Similar situation here.
Vision mid-high dif. at most.
