We know for a fact UI Goku > SSJ2 Kefla, not to mention Goku was extremely exhausted and running out of power. We also know Jiren > UI Goku, so Jiren wins. Unless Goku "fully masters" UI at a later date and has unlimited duration, Jiren wins handily. Not to mention we haven't seen Jiren go all out at all.
Hes above full power ui goku, kefla was barely ssb kk level as ssj, ssj 2 puts her above, but she couldnt even hurt ui goku (save for the massive ki release), but got hurt by it. meanwhile jiren is equal to ui goku more or less
@josephgomes619: SSBKX20 is fodder to Jiren. Jiren literally beat Goku with his stare and then pushed the spirit bomb back with no hands. Kefla isn't going to do much to him.
@jashugan: Never said Kefla is beating Jiren. However Goku isn't beating her without UI either. She was explicitly stated to be stronger than SSB kkx20 spirit bomb, and Goku's UI was also improved upon his showing against Jiren.
@josephgomes619: Goku's UI against Kefla had weak hits though and seemed to be even shorter than when he used it against Kefla. Jiren is also more powerful than Goku's spirit bomb and Jiren didn't have to use his hands for that

Jiren. If UI Goku couldn't hurt Kefla with his hits, they won't do squat to Jiren's durability. Jiren one-shots Kefla since he doesn't consider her a formidable threat.
@theanalyser: What debatable? Jiren as of now is already stronger than Kefla, as is UI Goku. It will be the same after two months, Jiren will win. Kefla won't get more feats anytime soon since she's eliminated and the potara earrings are destroyed

She really didn't. Goku hits wasn't phasing her at all and he only beat her because he got one good hit in. If he missed his last blow he wouldn't lost plus she tagged him a few times with her omnidirectional blast.

I remember when Goku turned SSJG and went on to sparr against LSSJ Kale. Caulifla in normal SSJ2 transformation was quickly fooderized in that fight.
Goku went on to sparr against Kale.
Caulifla tried attacking Goku from the back one time, only to get repelled by Goku moving his shoulder, who pretty much ignored her, only to continue sparring with Kale.
She tried to attack Goku for a second time, Goku punched her in the stomach before she could do anything and left her on the floor unable to move out of pain and continued fighting kale.

The same that happened to Caulifla when Goku and Kale were fighting each other, would happen to Kefla in Jiren vs UI Goku scenario. It doesn't matter which side she joinned, both Ultra Instinct Goku and Jiren can pretty much ignore her while fighting each other and Jiren could probably disable her with a single hit. Even if she had the raw power to hurt any of them, which is doubtful against Jiren who has not shown his full power, they both are completely able to speedblitz her and outskill her.
JIren wins due to having all that power as a Base stat and he can fight as long as he can, Goku cant keep UI on for long and Kefla is inexperience fighter with only power.
Jiren. IU Goku has been described as attempting to reach the level of the Gods, while Jiren has been descrined as actually being at the Levels of the Gods. Also IU has problems attacking others at full strength.
Unless Goku goes in MUI mode he and Kefla would eventually lose to Jiren. Jiren is strong, fast, agile, endurant and skilled enough to hold his own against UI Goku and to easely defeat Kefla who is so hot-headed and arrogant that she would most likely attack Jiren without wanting Goku's help and who'd be quickly defeated by Jiren. Once she's defeated FP Jiren should be able to eventually defeat UI Goku by endurance or to land an attack on him strong enough to defeat him if Goku doesn't go in MUI mode.
Assuming ToP versions and by "UI" we mean UI Sign, Jiren eventually wins over the duo unless Goku evolves into Perfected UI, in which case the fight unfolds like it did in canon with Kefla helping Base Goku beat the tired Jiren.
