Didn't we see it destroy a universe? It is also what destroyed Galactus universe IIRC. I'm behind on my Thor reading so I could be wrong.

Black Winter destroyed two universes (DC and Galan's), TOBA destroyed the 8th multiverse and ate Franklin, Metatron, and Galactus. Hulk slowed down TOBA with a thunderclap for like 5 seconds. Thor did the same with a Godblast.

TOBA is clearly meant to be the more powerful though.

TOBA Godstomps. The Black Winter barely has any feats to suggest it's even Multiversal.

TBW casually destroyed multiple universes and was toying with a massively amped Galactus and arguably the second most powerful iteration of Thor we've ever seen. TOBA Hulk was destroying planets one by one and doesn't have many other feats besides being >>> Mephisto. Not sure.

@breakofdawn: TOBA killed Galactus and Franklin(at that point in time Franklin was casually multiversal), killed the essence of the universe and the voice of god. TOBA Hulk was going around destroying planets the same way Galactus would go around feeding on planets, doesn't mean either at planetary level, i mean he also destroyed stars and the writer even said he is responsible for the death of all the other abstracts or at least those that survived the destruction of the 8th.

I think TOBA battles have to exist as TOBA possessing Hulk's corpse or TOBA as it manifested in the Below Place. Framing it as TOAA doing a rage-quit is really just a spite thread/omnipotent match in disguise.
