There are 5 anime universes , which feature characters who have (potentially) superior hax, when compared to DBS.
But better hax alone doesn't mean much in an actual fight, , because typically all of these 'vessels' (characters who carry some sort of omnipotent power) are often too SLOW to avoid getting blitzed by the strongest & fastest DBS fighters.
For example, Lina Inverse (from Slayers) 'could' - theoretically - use Giga Slave , to blow up the DBS multiverse - but since Lina's peak speed she ever displayed in the Anime was only 'hypersonic', the likes of DBS Vegeta or DBS Goku are so fast they could blitzstomp Lina first, before she can use Giga Slave.
Another character who often gets mentioned in this context is Madoka Kaname , well, yeah, it's great that she became an abstract multiversal being, but it was ALSO clearly stated in the Anime that aside from defeating witches Madoka cannot interact with any physical universes at all. So how is a character like Madoka, who can't do anything else but defeat 'all witches' supposed to 'stomp' the DBS-verse ? She probably can't.
There are also 3 more anime universes which 'can' stomp DBS:
- Nabari no Ou (the MC Miharu Rokujou 'could' use his inner power, the 'Shinra Banshou' - in order to rewrite all of existence according to his wishes - but just like Lina he is way too slow in an actual combat situation and would get blitzed millions of times by DBS Goku - before he could ever use his power).
- Tenchi Muyo Ryo ohki (Just like Lina, Tenchi is also a 'vessel' for a purported omniversal entitity, and Tenchi also has infinite speed. His problem, however, is that he does not seem to have control over whether his 'inner' Kami Tenchi even triggers, or not. If it doesn't, then Tenchi Masaki isn't anywhere close in power to DBS Goku.)
- Sailor Moon (She's the only character completely backed up by an acausal, extradimensional & omniversal entitity, called the 'Lambda Power' , which 'can' bring Lambda Usagi - along with the whole omniverse - back from non-existence , even if Sailor Moon happens to be defeated. However, since Sailor Moon's speed is also immeasurable (above the concepts of time & speed itself), she probably wouldn't lose to DBS Goku / DBS Vegeta in the first place, thus eliminating the need for the 'Lambda Power' to restore Sailor Moon (+ all of existence along with her).
