@ultimatesage: Edens Zero is that strong now or is this mostly just hype?
Edens Zero has been stronger than almost all of HST since chapter 2. FTL+ God Tiers, characters bigger than planets, a character that can grant any wish, multiple planet busting weapons, and now Ziggy casually destroying a planet with an unnamed attack.
@ultimatesage: Yeah, planet busting is out of their league. Does he have any speed feats? That could be a problem.
That's the thing, his speed is currently trash compared to FH Zeref and Acnologia. Though that's going to change as the series progresses so I wouldn't worry about that
Ziggy solos FT bar FH Zeref, but that is likely going to change as we see more of him since we saw Shiki's gravity be able to affect space-time. Ziggy going to be casually solo-ing the entire HST and FT + NNT by the time we get to the EoS stuff.
Alright, I love Edens Zero, it's my favorite manga right now and I don't really like Fairy Tail.
But Fairy Heart Zeref claps. This is a mismatch.
People on this site lowball FT too much, and while it's true that most of the characters are not even moon level.
Fairy Heart Zeref is large planetary by being able to reset time by 400 years at the very least over the entire planet which is several times larger than Earth given in series distance statements and canon official maps given to us by the author. Not to mention repeated statements of country-level (which translates into continental given the actual sizes of the countries in Fairy Tail) mages who are far weaker than Zeref shows clear author intent and cannot be reliably refuted.
Fairy Heart Zeref is faster, stronger, and more hax than Ziggy.
In conclusion... just Ishgar one of the three continents we have visited in the Fairy Tail story has a surface area greater than that of the entire planet Earth. Zeref's ability to reset time across the entire planet at the least assuming it doesn't literally reset time across the entire universe is a large planetary feat especially because he isn't just reversing time he is creating a whole new world.
To further support this you have mages vastly weaker than Zeref being country busters, and the fairy heart is stated to be capable of firing the Etherion Cannon an infinite number of times. (Author intent really matters far more than your futile arguments of "Feats overstatements" repeated statements in the story on the level of having Etherion stated to be country-level many many many times in the series are entirely irrefutable without vast evidence of which there is no evidence that the stated superweapon is incapable of doing just that) Zeref is large planetary and I have yet to see a single argument that convincingly states otherwise.
Zeref absolutely god stomps Ziggy.
Ziggy has no way to put down Zeref.
Ziggy solos the verse up until meeting Fairy Heart Zeref. Then he stops. You are talking about a dude whom even if Ziggy was able to destroy Earthland, Zeref would be able to reverse the damage given his infinite magical power and his ability to rewind, stop and reset time.
Natsu's PiS flames of wild emotion are not a good argument for Zeref being unable to rewind time either. Ziggy isn't Natsu and can't burn infinite magic or time itself with his current feats.

@renthemage: Some people on this site downplay the hell out of Fairy Tail and Edens Zero because they don't like the Hiro Mashima. It's best to just ignore them.

Ziggy has more DC, but If DC was enough to put zeref down then him getting his whole body blown to pieces would have done the job. Zeref has hax that can deal with ziggy and if this is ROT acnologia then he could just BFR to the space between time. Ziggy's gonna need to get some more abilities with his gravity powers b4 he can deal with immortals like zeref.
