there's something wrong with my notifications, a user novaprime who's running a popularity contest thread tags those who want to be tagged, I'm on the list yet despite how many times he tries to tag I ain't receiving his notifications, we've tried everything, and I'm receiving notifications from other users just fine.
also it says he's block for some reason here but the user isn't as I've checked and re-checked on his profile as you can see, it appears on some other users where I haven't think it's bugged. Because when I try to interact with it I receive the error message "This form should not contain extra fields"
