Unable to upload image

I've been trying for some time to upload a few gifs. For some reason, I was able to upload the first gif, but the rest have been unsuccessful. When I post it via URL, it shows "Saving...Please wait" but then just disappears. Is there a solution to this?

Anyone?

I have this same problem. Can't post images via URL.
