Could someone explain why my adding request are denied

Hello,

I've made a few request to add issues a few years back that have been denied, and now I would like to add a volume that does not exist in ComicVine.

I added it with the according form, but was, once again, denied.

I've read throught the wiki what I could have done wrong, but I realy dont understand what it is.

Could someone explain in few words the main rules of it please ? or direct me to the page that explains what to do maybe ?

So I retried to submit the form and explaining why I put the image I had selected which is this one

but it was still denied with the following comment :

Why does the site show this is the cover of a box and not one of the issues? https://www.ankama-shop.com/en/books/1818-oms-en-serie-complete-3-volume-set.html Just add the correct covers for the three-issue version instead since you know what they are.

So yes, it is the cover of the box which contains the 3 issues of this volume.

For me, this is the volume cover, but aparently not...

should I put the cover of the first issue instead ? Is this a rule I didn't see ?
