Welcome to the first Guide thread for the new Feats and Analysis Forums. This thread will explain what kind of threads belong in this forums, the rules of the forum and more.
What is Forum For?
This forum is for any sort of of discussion pertaining to battles that don't actually involve a battle. This can range from analyzing new feats that have come out to comparing attacks of different characters. It is fairly lose but basically anything that involves discussing or comparing feats should belong here.
Types of Threads
I have already stated the general idea of the forum. Here is a basic list of the kind of threads we expect to be posted here. The forum is not just limited to these threads but this is to give a general idea.
Can X Do This
Any sort of Can X Do This thread now belongs here. This includes threads such as whether a character can destroy something, tank something, replicate some other feats and more. Anything that questions a character's capability belongs here.
Respect Threads
Respect Threads should ideally be posted here now. Any sort of collection of feats or even anti-feats should be posted in this forum now.
Calculations
A lot of you love to do new calculations or post calculations done on other forums. Any sort of calc done on a feat performed by a character should be posted here.
Power Scaling/Power Level
Any sort of discussion regarding a character or even a Verse's power level. Also any explanations of power scaling within a verse. This also includes the cosmology discussions.
Any other Feat analysis
Whether you want to push a new meta, or debunk a commonly used feat, this is the place for it. Any sort of explanation of feats belong here.
Rules
This forum is of course subject to the general ComicVine Rules, you can browse that thread to get a clear on everything. Beyond that there are few extra:
- No duplicate threads.
- Keep threads relevant to the what is outlined in the OP.
- Do not turn things into just a battle, we have another forum for that.
- Be respectful at all times.
