Nolan Trilogy vs Arkham series - Best Characters
Don’t recall enough of Arkhamverse Alfred to consider him above average. Nolanverse’s Micheal Caine stomps imo.

Round 2: Catwoman
I def like Arkham's better
Probably Arkham’s. More comic accurate on top of being sexier.

Round 3: Bane
Arkham Bane. I know some will claim he is written poorly after Arkham Origins, and he is, but at the very least there is an in-universe explanation provided for his cognitive decline. Moreover, Nolan trilogy Bane hardly escapes this fate - after his epic final confrontation with Bruce he's unceremoniously killed off by Catwoman.

This + Nolan Bane is awful. Origins Bane starts brilliantly as a perfect antagonist in body and mind to the young Batman and dims out afterwards (though does have a cool redemption arc leading into Knight where they self-consciously have him a bit more competent and off the roids) while Nolan Bane never hits any good peak and is written off as a complete jobber in the end that no one bothers to mention in-verse because he was so forgettable.
Hardy Bane easily, iconic voice, intimidating aura, great tactician, strategist, memorable quotes etc. Arkham Bane has the personal touch of killing Alfred and he personally gave me the most tense, nerve-wracking boss fight in the series, (Origins) but that's not quite enough. Hardy Bane gets docked points for being a lackey in the end but his consistent portrayal was too damn strong to ignore.

Round 4: Scarecrow
Arkham, Nolan's version just never really got the time to be fleshed out proper.
Arkham stomps
Arkham Scarecrow but Nolan Scarecrow is peak too

Round 5: Commissioner Gordon
Again I'd go with Nolan, Arkham Gordon just never showed up enough bar Knight to really matter a whole lot.
Plus, you know, Oldman goat
Nolan. Arkham got some nice moments in Knight but that’s not enough. Oldman had more depth.
