Find the country the least amount of foreigners go to and there you have it.

The top 10 ironically would likely be mostly Asian & African nations today. They have constant feuds among their own ethnic groups and don't shy away from casual discrimination with foreigners.

USA

Germany

Britain

And so on.

Where as Asian countries don’t have that much racism except there are cultural differences

India

Korea (both sides)

Japan

I'm pretty sure those voting for America are Americans themselves oddly enough, it's not even close to topping the list.

I'd say some African nation with India not too far behind.

I can't say honestly since I've never lived anywhere else.

I lived in Hong Kong and Guangzhou for six years. Its residents are far more racist than US ones... If I had to choose, I would probably pick China or another Asian country.

There's quite a few of them, hard to say which is *most* racist, especially since racism manifests different ways in different regions. Racism in Eastern Asia is going to look different than racism in the Middle East, but both have rampant racism for example.

Some far east Asian country. They're so racially homogenized that ignorance is rampant.
