    The battle has been won, but at what cost? More mysteries of Death Dealer's past are revealed as he learns his place in an upcoming war that threatens to destroy the world. But the cursed warrior is more concerned about saving the woman and child that restored a sliver of his humanity.

    Kur awakens in the destruction that used to be The Sorceress's stronghold. Eariler he had released the Death Dealer and The Sorceress's had to use her Dak, or magic, to put the Death Dealer back into his mental cage.

    The Sorceress explains to Kur that before the world was made a god laid dreaming and their dream became all the life in the world. Some demons believed them to be the dreaming god and belived if they woken the dreaming God they would become God themselves.

    Kur learns that he and the Death Dealer are intwined with these demons plans. He vows to avoid Pestilence to stop the coming apocalyse but Death Dealer convinces him otherwise. Kur and the Sorceress then need kill a unicorn and use it's horn to kill a powerful wizard to contain his Dak.

    Meanwhile in Angar, Pestilence readies his army to fight back against Kur, The Sorceress and Death Dealer.
