    Gilles de Geus is a Dutch comic book. The story takes place during the 80 year long war between Holland and Spain. All kinds of historical events are showing in this comic book although they should be taken with a grain of salt for accuracy. The story is about Gilles, he's a bandit but gets swallowed up in the war and turns out to be a true hero! Although he still can't leave his old tricks behind, constantly stealing things from his comrades.
