Gotham Girls is a DC web series set in the DCAU with the cast of Batman: The Animated Series returning to voice their roles. It mostly consisted of scenes featuring Harley Quinn, Catwoman, Poison Ivy and Batgirl with some featuring Zatanna. The first two seasons are more comedy driven while the third and final season is more drama driven. The Flash animation improved over the course of the series and helped start a comic title, leading into Gotham City Sirens. The episodes were written by Paul Dini and Hilary J. Bader, who died shortly before the series finale. It is also notable for having the only transgender person in the DCAU, Selma Reesedale. The show has gotten mixed to positive reviews. Unlike fellow Flash cartoon Lobo, this one is more family-friendly and accessible.
