Later, Lifeforce and her teammates Hurricane and Spyne broke Cyber out of his prison. They brought him to their leader, Genesis, and ripped the adamantium from Cyber, killing him. They then captured Wolverine in attempt to ressurrect Apocalypse using his body. During the bonding process, Wolverine rejected the adamantium into his body and caused an explosion, shrapnel of admanatium flying everywhere. Though it killed Hurricane immediately, the other Dark Riders regained their composure. However, they were unaware that Lifeforce had also been slain by the attack, and found her corpse with several pieces of adamantium spikes in her.
