    Summary

A Madelyne Pryor that ruled over Limbo during Secret Wars 2015 when God Doom built a composite world composed of pieces of realities from all over the multiverse. From what little we get of Madelyne's history, it appears to go exactly similar to 616 Madelyne Pryor's life (although it is uncertain if it is exact, since we get no hints of any Phoenix connection like the original). By Secret Wars though, she was seemingly overthrown as ruler by Scott Summers and went into hiding after Darkchylde's rise. Making moves behind the scenes, Maddie enlists help from Colossus with the Soulsword to help her regain her position as ruler of Limbo. After the multiverse was reset, Madelyne somehow ends up in Earth-616. It is never explained what the fate of her world became of after Secret Wars.

    Mutant Psionic Powers

Madelyne dubbed an Omega-Level Mutant by Orchis, presumably the same way Jean Grey is an Omega-Level Mutant. However, Madelyne claims to have long outgrown her mutant abilities, implying she might not be as experienced in using them as either Jean Grey or even 616 Madelyne Pryor. (Dark X-Men vol 2 #2)

Interestingly, this version of Madelyne Pryor is not just a mutant, but an Omega-Level Mutant. Presumably, her Omega-Level abilities mirror Jean Grey's, which would make her an Omega-Level Telepath. However, there is no direct debunking of her not being an Omega-Level Telekinetic like 616 Jean Grey was. All this to say, all we are told is that Madelyne is toted as an Omega-Level Mutant by Orchis.

By the time she is captured though, Orchis had done away with her mutant abilities, requiring Madelyne to rely on her arcane abilities. This section will compile of feats Madelyne had before her mutant powers were taken.

*(NOTE: Madelyne being called an Omega-Level Mutant may not exactly be trustworthy. Please see the "Accolades" section for more information.)

When Madelyne arrived to the 616, she learned that her connection to her magic had diminished, requiring her to use a conduit like Teen Beast. (X-Men: Blue vol 1 #11)
Madelyne, seemingly, teaches Beast in accessing magic. It can thus be presumed that some time after All-New X-Men vol 2, Madelyne taught Beast everything he needed to know in magic, which means anything he has shown to do could be something she knows as well. Example: Beast summoning the Hex-Men to the 616 was a feat that he performed with Maddie's guidance. This has the result of enslaving Beast into Madelyne's animal slave. (X-Men: Blue vol 1 #10)
As seen with both Bloodstorm and Teen Beast, Madelyne's mind-control can be broken through sheer willpower. Thus, if Madelyne is defeated or banished, her minions will be sent back to where they come from, save for any that have severed there ties with Madelyne. (X-Men: Blue vol 1 #12)

Madelyne conjures "the Volcanic Spires of Rexigarth", magical volcanic spire traps used to both flood the X-Men's pores with molten magma if they use their powers and sap their negative emotions to increase Maddie's powers. (X-Men: Blue vol 1 #11)
Madelyne nearly casts a ritual to summon alternate versions of Madelyne Pryor's from multiple different alternate realities, using Teen Beast as a conduit to access dark magic and the X-Men's negative emotions to empower that magic. When Beast betrays Maddie though, those alt Madelyne's grab her and drag her to the deepest depths of Limbo. (X-Men: Blue vol 1 #12; Dark X-Men vol 2 #2)

Madelyne seems to imply that she had precognitive nightmares of her connecting with other Madelynes. From what it appears, this version of Madelyne Pryor matches her 616 counterpart. However, we do not get confirmation of any sign of the Phoenix Force giving her life and the Jean Grey of this reality is seemingly possessed by the entity alongside Rachel Summers. Thus, it can be presumed that this version of Madelyne is not empowered by a Phoenix fragment like the original 616 variant and is a mutant through-and-through. (Inferno vol 1 #5)

Madelyne makes other references to her life in her reality. Interestingly, her life mirrors her 616 counterpart pretty identically still based on the description of different important events in her lifetime, thus possibly inferring that until Secret Wars and Illyana's full-corruption, Madelyne's life was identical to the original of the 616. According to Steve Foxe, writer of Dark X-Men vol 2, Madelyne being referred to as an Omega-Level Mutant may be due to Orchis's unfamiliarity for what qualifies as an Omega-Level Mutant. Still, this Madelyne's history is not one-to-one with 616 Madelyne's history, such as an apparent absence of the Phoenix fragment that gave 616 Madelyne life. All this to say, it is not certain exactly whether Madelyne is indeed an Omega-Level Mutant or not. BUT, until we get direct proof in-comic stating this Madelyne is NOT an Omega, we will consider her an Omega-Level Mutant. (Source: Stever Foxe's Twitter/X account)
