@deathstroke52: You'd die if you watched the entire season in one sitting for the drinking game, but who could watch 23 episode in a row?! Me and my friends played by these rules, made it through 3 episodes, and while we were drunk/buzzed we were far far from alcohol poisoning. People keep saying you'd die from this game, but that really would only happen if you played for like like 8 episodes atleast, and NOBODY is gonna wanna play a drinking game for 6+ hours.

-Also we are all lightweights, I'm sure a seasoned drinker would only be buzzed after the 3 episode we watched.

I'm really a noob when it comes to the DC universe. I've heard a lot about DC animated movies being good, but noticed there are quite a lot of them. I was hoping people could recommend me some of the "best" animated movies! thanks for info/advice

I hear so many people have different reasons for not liking AoU as much as the first Avengers, most of the complaints I can see where they are coming from, but personally this movie was AMAZING! I'm not saying it was a perfect movie at all, just that it's getting too much hate.

Age of Ultron felt to me like very much like watching a graphic novel play out in real life. I really feel this movie was made for the hardcore Avenger fan that has read all or a lot of the comics, this felt like a story being told right out of the avengers comics. The plot of lifting the city to cause extinction, really felt like something I'd read from a story arc in the comics. Several scenes looked like they were right off the page!

I'm a very big Vision fan, seeing him with the team finally was almost as exciting for me as when we got to see the avengers as a team for the first time in the original avengers movie. Marvel has done such a great job with adding new characters. While I'm very interested to see more of Vision, I'm also very excited to see more of the scarlet witch(a character I didn't love as much in the comics). They've manged to get me to really care about this new character, even though in the comics I never really connected with her.

The movie has great rewatch ability, I've seen it 5 times and I still totally want to see it more! Overall I feel this movie was a real love note to hardcore Avenger comic fans, and really will be most enjoyed by us nerdy nerds :) That being said, I still don't understand why exactly it's gotten to much negative comments, because all my friends (all non-nerds) said they liked this movie more than the first avengers.

I don't need anyone to tell me why they didn't like the movie, I've heard and read it all already, and I respect all those opinions. I'd just like to know other hardcore fans out there really really loved this movie too! :)

@xwraith: thanks xwraith! I've for sure heard of both arc's before, but haven't check them out yet. Sounds like two perfect additions to what I'm looking for.

I'm trying to put together a marvel collection of "iconic" stories, with omnibus books. So far I've only ordered the Infinity Gauntlet omnibus. I'm looking for other recommendations to grab for my "iconic" collection. When I say iconic I mean in both art and story, Infinity Gauntlet is truly iconic with both art and story(I'm sure some others would agree with me); So I'm only looking for recommendations of the best of the best!

Thanks for any input you can give

@dohyl: I totally know where you're coming from, I didn't really get into comics until I saw the Avengers movie. Much like you I didn't know where to start, so I grabed some of the big ones(Iron man, avengers, deadpool, spider man) which was fun I don't recommend it. My advice is to pick up some comics with groups (x-men, avengers, thunderbolts, ect.), this a great way to get a feel for many of the different characters and genre's all in one place.

The only way to find what you is truly for you is to explore, and the quickest way to explore the marvel universe is group's normally. Also maybe try some event's, they normally have massive amount of characters and really give them some chances to shine. ( I recommend Infinitiy Gauntlet, famous marvel event, classic and easier for people new to comics and marvel) I bought a ton of the marvel now stuff, which did help me find what I enjoyed the most, but it really was reading group comics and events that helped me find what I was most into.
