Why would we assume that? So you don't have a mental breakdown? Vandal would have no idea about the power of Kryptonite Supes. The only power he has a reference for is the power of original Supes. You have to prove he's referencing a Superman he has no idea of the capabilities about, and that the Kryptonite Superman is stronger than Base Superman.
