Omega Red Respect Thread

A Work in Progress.

Introduction

Omega Red is one of Wolverine's deadliest enemies. Omega Red was a Russian mutant formerly employed as a "super-soldier" by the country formerly known as the Soviet Union. Little was known about the past of Arkady Rossovich except that he was a serial killer, most likely in conjunction with his "Death Factor." He was captured by the Interpol agent Banshee and turned over to the KGB, which wanted to create a super soldier similar to Captain America. Omega Red was the end result.

Strength

Lifts a van and wrecks a highway.

Tanks a high explosive that can drop a rabid bull rhino.

Punches Beast back.

Lifts and ragdolls Colossus

Damages Iron Man's armor.

Ragdolls a helicopter.

Durability

Tanks 50,000 volts.

Tanks a massive rock thrown at him by Colossus.

Scan 1: Tanks a psionic bio-blast from Chamber.
Scan 2: No apparent damage afterwards.

Survives this blast from Chamber.

Tanks a kick from Colossus.
Wolverine's claws barely hurt him in his weakened state.

Tanks two punches from Colossus.

A resurrected Omega Red tanks Storm's lightning and Rachel Grey's psionic attack.

Speed

Dodges Wolverine's attack.

He manages to tag Daredevil with a kick.

Daredevil comments on how Red is fast for his large size.

Death Spores

Scan 1: Omega Red's death spores drop Psylocke and Iceman.

Scan 2: It is parasitic in nature.The death spores need to be released on people or mutants or else they "back up."

Scan 3: Wolverine explains how the death spores siphon energy from life forms.
