According to OP Narutoverse already knows about the death star is coming so it should be charged up by lets say Naruto. Its range it could reach past orbit since it was planned to be used against the moon its diffusion mode aka its scatter mode can reach orbit easily skip to 1:24:00 due note the diffusion mode is standard energy blasts

Death star has not been given a range of where it is. Due to standard battle forums rules the death star should be 10 ft away from Narutoverse earth though that is dumb the 10 ft thing is if distance is not given. If Narutoverse gets first shot it could win since I don't think deflector shields work against time space warping
