Siege

Rachel parents were test subjects for the British government. Her parents were one of the few people to survive the ordeal. Rachels father could move objects with his mind and her mother could read other peoples thoughts. Rachel's powers manifested at a young age. She was able to everything her parents could do but at a greater level. She could also pass though objects. White Knight, has been her guide and trained her for the British Special Forces.

Siege Powers

Siege's telepathy allows her to read, influence, and communicate with the minds of others, and generate telepathic force blasts that can stun or kill others. She can also telepathically take away or control people's natural bodily functions and senses, such as sight, hearing, smell, taste, or even mutant powers.

Her telekinetic strength and skill are both of an extremely high level, She uses her telekinesis to often lift herself and others giving her the ability of flight. She also uses her telekinesis to construct various objects out of telekinetic energy as well as powerful shields and energy blasts.

Her ability to pass through solid matter by altering the vibratory rates of her atoms: passing her atoms through the spaces between the atoms of the object through which she is moving. In this way she and the object through which she is passing can temporarily merge without interacting, and each is unharmed when Rachel has finished passing through the object. This process is called phasing, and it renders her almost completely intangible to physical touch. Siege passes through objects at the same speed at which she is moving before she "enters" them. Since she is unable to breathe while "inside" an object, she can only continuously phase through solid objects (as when she travels underground) as long as she can hold her breath.

Whenever Siege uses here Powers a pink glow surrounds her and the object or person she is affecting. It is believed to be the energy she is using to Physically alter matter. This energy has not been classified.
