He tanked the big bang and broke the device that contained it. With the Sword of Superman he is omnipresent and omniscient within his universe. These are easily universal feats, bronze age Superman was also explicitly weaker than his silver age self. It's also implied the presence made the Sword (as it was made before Creation and endured the Big Bang, acknowledging Superman's importance in DC. He also fought a lot of cosmic and universal beings (magic users too)
He also flew faster than infinity, traversed the very big (infinite sized) multiverse at such insane speeds chasing after Supergirl that the Presence sent Spectre to stop him before he breached heaven and wrecked universes with his speed.
The energy from his brawl with Jaxon the Mighty was enough to counter the energies that destroyed many timelines (DC has infinite timelines so interpret this how you will) and restore them, essentially saving the multiverse.
If going all out he's potentially multiversal.
