In real-life and with realistic characteristics (aside from his superhuman abilities), he might not be all perfect and righteous.

If Superman exist...we would have hope, we would have more courage to be the same as Superman; a hero. Many people will fear him because of what he could do, the whole world will, but sooner or later they will realize that Superman is a symbol of hope and the birth of a new generation of better world where everyone is one, and that the planet Earth is just one big family.

i think the world would be split between those who are cautiously optimistic, espeically after a few major saves in natural disaster areas. and those who would be caught up in fear, and hate for not just aliens but an american citizen with that much power.

there would be alot of lex luthors around who think it limits humanity by relying on an alien all the time. people would blame him every time he isnt there to help

Thanks for all the positive comments about superman. I have to say he is quite similar to how he is in the films and comic books and he will serve the whole world since it is ONE planet with ONE human race. He would not serve war, he would end all wars and suffering for good.

His childhood is nothing like the films or comic books. He grew up in London and he was born here but his soul is not from here and is very old and advanced and this is what gives him his powers. It is a spiritual reason...

He would not want to be worshipped either...

Superman is not just eye beams, super strength, X-Ray vision, and freeze breath.. but it is what he stands for.

Superman is a paragon of bravery and courage and he is a beckon of hope when we are in our darkest hour. That bravery and courage is exhibited by people everyday that fight for peace and justice

So in many ways... superman is real
